Paper Services
We work in the way that you want to maintain your systems and so if you wish to keep your accounts manually or computerised, we assist you with this. We can also work with your systems providing a full accounting service including bookkeeping and payroll, again either manual or computerised.
Computerised Services
We also work with all of the most common accounting software packages, including: Sage, Quicken, Quick Books and MYOB. We are open to learning new packages and keep our skills updated to keep up with the changing marketplace.
Using these accounts packages enables us to receive your accounts data via email. This is not only safe and secure, but it is extremely quick and we can be looking at the same set of figures as you enabling us to give you accurate advice there and then. This makes it easier for us to work with companies remotely and removes the constrains of regular meetings and geography.
Online Document Submission
We can send your tax returns electronically putting it straight onto the system without the risk of an Inland Revenue employee hitting the wrong key. It can also speed up the issue of tax refunds so you earn the interest on your money, not the government.
We can also submit your end of year payroll P35 and other documents online to various Inland Revenue departments.
